Mike is the Senior Managing Director of Fixed Income Sales and Trading. He began his career in the securities industry at Scott, Starr Investments. He then established the institutional funding desk at The Massachusetts Company and later went on to work at Moors & Cabot as well as Tucker Anthony in institutional fixed income sales and trading. 

In 1995, Mike returned to Scott, Starr Investments to head the fixed income sales and trading department for the broker-dealer division which is now known as Northern Capital Securities Corporation. He is a Senior General Securities Principal with the firm. Mike graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1983. A former U. Conn. hockey player, he is involved with youth sports programs with his four young children.
